Please help my son to enter kindergarten.
I applied to kindergarten for my son, but I was rejected since my son's status is B2.
Right now, we filed I-485 in Schedule A since my wife is working as Registered Nurse.
I submitted I-797C (I-485 Receit) to shool as an evidence of changing status from B1 to Adjust of Status.
However, secretary in school told me that I-797 fom is just notic of application, not the evidence of changing status since this form does not mention about changing status.
Is there other evidence of changing status other than I-797C?
If there is such form, then how can I get this?
