Adjucation Manual: Procedures for Conducting Natz Interviews!

great links - thanks!

Jedi

You have posted some great links in the last few days. Thanks!

Do post any links about FBI name check, because that has become a bigger blackhole where most people with no relationship to crime are caught up! Says a lot about the algorthim and the process USCSI/FBI use to cause years long delays for other wise law abiding, intending citizens. Worst FBI does not even have a phone or e-mail to inquire and only way to get information is to initiate a congressional inquiry, or to get results drag USCIS to court.

Currently another government department is in a mess - DOS with passport delays over 10 weeks. Because it affects US citizens, it is getting some attention of law makers!

I certainly agree that the Adjudicators Field Guide is a very useful reference, but its not a new discovery, so I guess I'm left feeling a little disappointed that people aren't using the search tools to mine the wealth of information in the forum archives.

I agree with boatbod. I found this site very useful but get frustrated that many posters seem not use the search tool at all. Probably at least 50 - 70% of questions have been answered in other threads. Also many, many answers are actually available in the USCIS informational material. Ah well ........

Are you trying to achieve something with all that bumping? Pretty soon a mod is going to get ticked-off with you and delete the whole thread.

Just add this to thread to the FAQ sticky - that way Jedi does not have to keep "Bump"ing it up.

Request to Admin:
This is a useful thread.
I hope the Admin can add it to FAQ sticky, and then maybe lock it (dont delete it please)
