I need advise on how to respond to RFEs.
My original I140 was filed with NSC July,2003 and I just got RFEs ask for more evidence. But I changed job and moved from Ohio to NC in 2004 which is under TSC. As advised by my employer, I change the address for my I140 to a friend of mine who is living in Ohio, so my case will not be transfered to TSC(which seemd a very bad idea now). Anyway, I was wondering, since I need to provide more evidence now that I have to let the USCIS know that I'm actually living in NC, will they transfer my case to TSC now without furthur consider my RFEs? Anyone has similar experience?
Any advice is wellcome.
thanks

the RFE is very unclear what they want.It just said that the evidence I provide in the original application is not sufficent to establish my extraoridinary ability. They want more evidence. They basically listed all 10 requirements and say if I want to establish this, I should provide this evidence. It did say though that I need letters from someone who don't know me personaly and who can evaluate my work as EA. I think that is the most important things that's missing in my original application. It also ask for a letter from my employer to establish that I will continue to work in my area of expertise.
