I hope it is not just, they have processed 1 eb-2 application with the notice date of June-20-2004 and they are claming that the current processing date is June-20.

If they are really done with (at least 90%) applications that are filed before June-20, then this is a very good friday.

BTW, whats up with EAD dates. It is not moving at all... I need to file for my EAD extension in a month....

Dates moves for fashion? show that they are working? isn't it same in all working environments ...just to hang on to their jobs. It is more in USA I guess.

I am depressed and frustrated. I talked to a customer service representative, they want my attorney to give more details. He is another specimen of different kind.

dont know if this is any true... but what option do we have !!

we should give some reasons to ourselves so that we can explain an illogical process.

anyway, I should think...whatever happens is for good.
 
One of my friends had his ND in Jan 2003. He did not get his 140 cleared with others. He pressed his employer to give a call and after little over 3 weeks got approved. His approval date is Apr 04, 2004.

Finally, my attorney has initiated a status enquiry. Let me see what happens.
