If somebody got his/her NORI clearance recently, can u please update the new addresses for indian authorities.

ie Name of Officer and address

1) Passport Office
2) HRD Ministry
3) State department ( Delhi )
4) State Department ( Chennai - FOR my friend )

Hi,
My NORIs were from Delhi, so here are the addresses. Just to be sure, confirm with Indian Consulate, mine was New York, they are very helpful and told me all the addresses.
