I have some questions about the PR card application form:
(1) Do I need to put my work history in the U.S. in the item B14?
The reason I asked this question is because I saw only city and province for the employer. There is no country information there.
Is this item only for Canadian employment?
(2) B13 is asking past 5 years' address history and B15 is for the absence from Canada in past 5 years. Should I put my U.S. residential information (address, from/to) in both B13 and B15?
