Address Question

I got my approval recently (posted in seperate thread). I have a question about the address. So far, all the communication from INS goes to my attorney. I never received any courteousy copy to my home address form INS. I think my lawyer has given his address for all correspondence. Even our AP has c/o My lawyer address.

I am planning to goto stamping soon. I am confused which address should I confirm to INS. My home or my lawyers ? Can I change the address so that card can be delivered to my home address ?

thanks in advance

It is always your home address which INS is interested in. As you have a lawyer, he gets all the correspondences from INS. I guess the application is yours and not the lawyers.:)

roran,

I think my lawyer has n't given my address to INS for any correspondance. You think it is safe to give my home address to INS now to have the card delivered to me.

Thanks in advance

Yes. Indeed. According to the law, you are supposed to let INS know where you live withinn 10 days of address change. I still can't understand how your lawyer can give his address instead of yours, in ur application.
