Address Question?

All,

Background:

My priority date is curent (finally). I have an appointment in the next couple of days to complete Medical exams and also plan to move to a new address within the same city in a month or so.

Question:

On both the medical form and I-485 form there are places to document address of applicant. Will I have an issue (RFE or other delays) if there is difference in address in the medical exam document and I-485 document?

changing address in between things is a bit risky.....but do the needful (form ar11) since we do have to live a life while uscis is busy collecting fees from us..

i do not see any document on medicals which states the address? do you see anywhere?
I got the copy from the doctor's along with a sealed envelpe (for uscis) and i do not see any adress on my copy.

please be specific. iam in the same situation, so just wants to make sure, iam not missing anything.

45 days for change of address letter

I did online AR11 2 weeks back and I got email about change of address next day but still did not get letter from uscis about change of address. My PF is also getting current on June1st. Today I called to find status of change of address, I was told to call them after 45 days if I do not get letter about change of address.

Same thing happend to me. I did not receive confirmation. 38 days passed. Need to wait 7 more days.

There is address on the form, to be specific top portion where name, DOB, .... I find incorrect address on my form during the review and they corrected it.
