We are in the process of applying for my husband's GC (as a spouse of USC). I have a question related to the address on his Indian passport, a copy of which will need to be submitted along with the rest of the paperwork (I-485 etc)
He got his passport renewed a couple of years back when we lived at a different address and that's the address that he has on his passport (at the last page). We have moved to a new address since then and my passport shows this new address. All the documents that we will send for his GC application will have this new address. We did file AR-11 when we moved to new address.
My question is that will it cause any problems during his GC process that the address on his Indian passport is different from all other documents? If so, should he get it changed (and i think Indian Consulate will issue him a new passport just for change of address as well).
