Hi,
My L1 visa expired in Jan of this year. However, my I-94 is valid till September 2004.
I am filling out the form DS-156 and noticed that there is the address to be filled out. The DS-156 form that I filled out in my native country had the address of the guesthouse of my company in New Jersey. However, my company has opened a new branch in LA and I am living in an apartment near LA.
Can I put the new address on the form DS156 in answer to the question - "At what address will you stay in the US?" or do I need to put the old address?
Also, my L1 papers are valid till Sept 2004. What should be the issuance date to be filled out in the application?
