Can somebody with experience answer these?
The company sponsoring GC is based out of TX (TSC)
But has a branch office in IA and the LC is from IA.
Company wants to apply for 140/485/EAD/AP with NSC
Consultant works in NJ (VSC).
And the consultant may move frequently from state to state for consulting work.
1. On all the applications for 140/485/EAD/AP, can we furnish the address of a friend living in IA (NSC)?
2. Do you foresee any address based RFE's ?
3. Do you think filing AR-11 and [notifying or not notifying] the servicing centers could cause problems?
4. Are there other issues not listed above?
