2 questions:
1. what do I do if I dot have and American address to send my final visa (after the interview,,etc..)
2. after the interview, when do I need to enter the u.s.a? after a month?

Most people will put the name and address of a hotel or rental apartment on their forms. Once you enter the key is to find accommodation as quickly as possible and I believe you can inform the KCC/USCIS of your address change. It'll take 4-6 weeks for them to send you a Green Card and SSN after you enter the US anyway. I'm sure other successful applicants have been in your situation and lets see what they have to say on your post.
I believe entry should take place within 6 months but that depends on the validity of your medical documents so check this where you are and confirm.
