I have a few questions.
1)Is it OK if NVC sends the Packet 3 to my attorney's address instead of mine ? I am in India.
2)In the Packet 3 ,will the attorney fill my India address and send it back to NVC who inturn will verify that send it to respective consulate in India ?
3)I guess once the consulate receives the Packet 3,they will send Packe 4 to my India address,right?
