Address for Applying Advance Payrole..

Can any one tell me where should I send my Advance Payrole renewal application.. ? PO Box address are not accepted by FedEx.. So what is the best address for BCIS-TSC..?? for using FedEx service..

Your help is appreciated.. Last time I went to Local INS for renewal.. this time I renewed my EAD through Lawyer.. but since he is charging lot of money, I want to apply AP by my self..
