address confirmation on 765

I called up the 1-800 # to confirm my address on my 765 application but the lady said that she cannot pull up my address info or for that matter any personal info. Is that true?

I got the same anwser one month ago. They let me confirm it at the local office.

What do you need to confirm? The address change? Please let me know. I changed my address one month ago, submitted AR-11, received the confirmation that INS received the package.

But how can I confirm if INS database has updated my new address?

Also it's a good idea to fax the "change of address" sheet to CSC, BCIS. This change of address is not AR-11, but it is specific to case number.
