I am in the queue for plastic card from NSC. Had my passport stamped for I-551 back in july,2001 from Detroit\'s INS office. In the meantime my address was changed. Sent form AR-11 to some Washington DC address 2 months ago. Called IIO yesterday to confirm the change of address. They still had my old address. The Immigration officer (down with flu amidst of severe cough) somehow listned to my request and updated my address right over the phone. For those who are in the same situation, I would suggest to talk to IIO for the address update just to be on the safe side. If havent done so, the card will still arrive at the old address and will be forwarded to your new address if the forwarding request was placed with the USPS.
