Our case is transferred to Baltimore on 06/13/00 and ID has been scheduled on 11/15/00. We moved to a new place in the middle of this August. We did went to Baltimore local INS office to update our address, but we never notify VSC. Now I have a bit concern about it: I guess the final plastic card is issued by VSC, so my question is: will Baltimore INS notify VSC our new address if our case gets approved? Or, we should update the address at VSC by ourselves? Thanks a lot for any advices.
