Call the the National Customer Service and give them ur new address. They will send a request to the Service Centre where ur 485 case is pending. VSC will then send u a written acknowledgement in the mail saying that they have updated ur address. I did it this way and received the letter 3 weeks after speaking to the Customer service. I had earlier mailed the address change form (AR-11 ) to Kentucky as well as VSC.
