Hi Guys,
I am doing address change Using AR11 for my wife and myself. I talked to my lawyer and he is going to mail to TSC some letter regarding the Address change and asked me to update on USCIS too using 1800 number. but I am confused what to select .. can anyone help me in this issue. and how long does it take to change of address and what's the confirmation that they updated the address.

Please give me some detail mail.

Steps to change of addr,

1. File AR-11/AR-11SR
2. Sent letter to TSC with all pending petition receipt and ask to update addr.
3. Call 800 no , and update addr.

I believe when u call 800 there is option after selecting language 'Address change', or after selecting 'you have pending applicaiton' option.

Good Luck

thanks POJ

I am doing 1 (AR 11) and 3 (1800). Step 2 about letter my lawyer is sending to TSC.

and telephone update it is long wait and they don't have update address option but they do have pending application.

Try pending petition option I beieve it is afte that.

I remember they do have update address/change addr and I did update once. not recalling but try after pending petiton,

Make sure ur attorney send and ask ur attorney to give u copy of that letter he sent, it is preferable you send directly instead of ur attorney sends on ur behalf, attorney usually forget small things thats why may be he is asking u to call and update addr.

You may simply write write a letter requesting to update addr in all pending petition list pending petitions and SRC# and attach all copies of petitions.
