Address Change!

Hello

I need to file AR-11. But my wife is in India. She will come only after 2 or 3 months. How do i file for her with out she is in USA.

If i need to file, What i need to put at the "PORT OF ENTRY" Column On the AR-11.

I even called USCIS, The person who attend my call said he has no idea in this case and asked me at the end Did i answer all your questions?
You know how frustrating USCIS Customer Service is..

Any idea on this how to do?

I am sure I didn't get it correct but after getting PR do we need to inform the change of address ???
