my PD is Sept 2002 and I live in NY, I have given my home address for all GC purposes, my question
1 Can I change my address from Home Address to Office Address and change my rental apartment to another place in NY state only.Will it generate a query how come the address is the same as office address.
2 Alternately can I move to New Jersey to stay and still change address to office address which is in NY , this means my residence has changed from one state to another but still I will go to work at my old New York office and my salary and everything remains same as it was before except for residnence change.
Please advise urgent as based on that we can make a decision to move to another apartment to either in NY state or if possible to NJ
Or do you guys recommend not to make any changes till the time approval comes , actually the speed at which it is moving ( current date is Jan 31st 2002) I am not anticipating my approval anytime before Feb 2005 or may be later.
