I got my passport stampted a week ago and am changing my address. What do I do to make sure my plastic card is delivered to the new address?

Address Change While waiting for Plastic Card?

You should have changed it with the officer when you got stamped.
Anyway, now you need to call/fax service center for change of address, specifying your I-485 number. Hopefully it will work, but not sure.
Also, don't forget to file AR-11.
Fill AR-11 and call them also at 1800-375-5283 (VSC) to do the same
