Hi,

I send AR-11 thru mail (forgot to certify). also i called 1-800 number, customer service agent told me to write a letter to local imigration center, mentioning about address change. I asked couple of times, if she has changed my address in their system, she said she is note down that, and give that to her officer, but still asked me to write letter. I felt she was very confused, she was aksing same questions multiple times. I felt she was doing something wrong, or not trained.

Is that usual? Do we still have to send letter to local Immigration center.

Thank you,
krishna

Sending AR-11 will NOT update your address on any pending USCIS applications.

AR-11 is a legal requirement of DHS.

Previously, you need to call the 800 number to change address on pending applications -- maybe you need to call again !

thanks for replies,

Whats the mailing address to send specific Adress change requests for Nebraska, or do i have to send any general mailing address( if so what is it?).

Thanks you,
Krishna
