Address Change Questions

hi all,
I moved to a new house 5 days ago. Me and my spouse both received Actual GC last week. I downloaded AR-11. I have a question about following points on AR-11.

Port of entry into US - Is it the port of your first time entry into us or last? I visited India in Jan. '03 should I write that or my first entry details?

What would be most effective way to mail? Registered mail?

Please advice soon as I want to mail it today.

I do have one more question. I got my gc approval 7 months ago. After 4 months I changed the job because of no project at old company. They are paying 3 months salary severance which will stop by end of June. What should I put in AR-11 as a work address? New job address or still the old one? Also should I take letter for laying me off?
