Address change question

I've searched "address change" on this forum but it seems that most of the concerns were changing address while they are still in some kind of process...
My situation is a bit more simple. I've already got my 2yr temporary residency May, 2011 through marriage. I recently moved and just want to change my address. According to the USCIS website, it seems simple enough for me to do it. I just fill out AR-11 online..... and I guess that's it?
But I'm posting this on here because I consider this (my immigration status) my #1 priority and want to be 110% sure of what I am doing... Also, if I simply submit the AR-11 online, will I also be sent a new physical GC as well automatically?

AR-11 has nothing to do with delivery of the green card. You'll keep using the same green card you already have.

The purpose of AR-11 is to let USCIS know where you are living in the US, it's nothing more than an update to their records. If you don't have a pending immigration process, then all you need to do is file the AR-11 and that's it.

thanks

Thanks, I just noticed that there was no address written on the physical GC.
When I submit the AR-11, is there any way to confirm that the address change has been done properly?
I just don't want to ASSUME that it has been done then find out that for some reason, it wasn't correctly done when it comes time for me to apply for the 10yr GC.

Once you do the update online, take a print out of the confirmation screen and keep it in your records. It should have your new address on it and a confirmation number.
