Address Change Question

Sir/Madam:

I am about to apply for our citizenship.

But I will have to move to another apartment within the same apartment complex in 1-2 months. (Same district office)

What do you recommend? Should I wait or it is safe to apply and then make the address change?

By the way, I have a PO Box address, which I am going to specify as my mailing address.

Please offer your suggestion.

Why wait and loose 2 valuable months. Apply for it and fill out AR11 once you move.... should not be a big deal as your process will be in the initial phases anyway.

I have another question. If we specify a mailing address, then will there be any mail sent to the physical address?

Because, I am maintaining the same mailing address.

Could any of you shed some light based on your experience?

I am not sure about mailing address, but threads can be found at

Please use at your own risk. Some people said mail relating to immigration won't be forwarded and some people said mail won't be delivered to P O. Try to talk to your district immigration officer for an answer.

I believe there is a premium processing service by USPS for mail forwarding and costs $.
I have read it on this forum that INs docs do get forwarded. Do the search.
