Address Change Query ???

HI !!

I just moved to new address and asked my lawyer to
update INS about it. He called INS today and updated
my address over the phone.

Now my question is, is it sufficient to call and inform
INS over the phone OR one need to send AR-11 form also to
the INS ??? (Mine is Vermont Service Centre ..)

Any info/experience is appreciated .....
