Hi friends, I have some experience of address change like to share with you. I moved 6 months ago and I sent AR11 and called the national service center to change my address for my pending case. One month later I did not get confirmation letter from them, which I should. Then I called second time, they told me the address was already updated. Recently, I got letter from VSC (forward by my lawyer) which still goes to my old address! After 6 month! So I called the national service center the 3rd time, they told me it has been updated there. They do not know why VSC still has not update the address. Every calling takes 20-30 min waiting. How can I get VSC know my address change, should I call VSC instead of national service center?
