Hi All,
I have following question. If these are already answered then please direct me to those thredas. I really appreciate your help on this.
I have EAD, AP and valid H1 but with no stamping. My 140 is pending. I am planning to move to another state although by company will remain same. Its just the office location transfer.
I am planning to go to India in next 2-3 months. please let me know your advice on following things.
1. Is it advisable to change address with INS while 140 is pending. And I am planning to go outside of the country in near future. Also will it affect my pending I-140.
2. Since my EAD and AP will have my older address after address change in INS. Will it create problems while re-entering to US.
3. Since I will be using my AP for travel, will I loose my H1 status and H1 period which was till 2006.
I am very confused on this....Please share your exprience on address change and AP - H1 issues. Please advise.
