Hi All,

A little background on our case. My wife's company filed our I140/485 in TSC concurrently on Oct9 2003. Since then we moved twice. For our first move, our attorney called the NCSC and gave the change address. We got the confirmation of Change of Address from NCSC. For our second move, our attorney again called the NCSC, gave our new address and told us that we would get a confirmation as before. We received a letter from NCSC (texas) that says "your case is transferred out no changes can be made". (just one line). What does it mean? Please share your thoughts.

Online status still says "On February 19, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sam
