Guide to Natz mentions district. Are you aware of any district being serviced by more than one SVC CTR?
apr7004, you need to reside in the same district only so if you move its ok. apply when you want (file AR11 though)

Hi rahul i have some questions.
suppose after applying N400, in one state , some body get a job in another state, what he will do??? he has to stay in the state where he applied or, he can move and change the address with INS , or move and keep his application with the old SC??
another question, when somebody move to other state what is the proof that he is resident in that state, is it the lease and bills?? suppose there is no lease and bills?
when is the official start of his residency, is it when he get his new ID card?
or is it when he moved? some body can move to another state and dont apply for ID only after couple of months is that mean that he was not residing in that state for those months?

Depends. Its not just where you work but where you live also that counts.

IMO, the day you move to that state is the day of starting of residency.
