I have applied for my I140/485 using address NJ and now I am staying in VA. I want to leave the NJ address as my permanant address for my GC. My wife is out of country and will be entering US from Washington, DC. On her return, while filling her I-94 Card should she mention the NJ address or the VA address. If she uses the NJ address and comes thru Washington would they question why she is flying out of DC, when she could fly out of NJ? If she uses VA address would it cause any problems in GC process??? please advise!
