Address Change Help....Please

Hi Guys,

I changed my job using 180 days rule(AC21) and I moved one state to another state which is under same INS center.
        My questions are
              1) How to change address. Is there any form to fill out or Can I make a call to INS to change address.
              2) Can I keep address in same state, so that I can give one of my friend address in the same state where I applied I-485.
              3) Can I give new state address, Is there any problem?
