Address Change Form AR 11

I haven't submitted the Address Change Form AR 11 in the last couple of apartment moves. Could it cause any problems in the future in Green card etc.?
If I submit AR 11 for my current address (I am at this address for about an year now) will I be given any penalties? Shall I go ahead and sbmit one now?

You are not very likely to be penalized for not filing your AR-11 in the past, though in theory there will be serious consequences. You need to file your current form ASAP. --Better late than never.

I think I didn't file this form in the last 2/3 moves. Since you can only inform about your current and previous address, shall I go ahead and attach a sheet mentioning my previous few address ? will that be ok ?

anybody had any problems for not filing this form ?
