Address Change Form after I 130 approved

For parents the I 130 is approved and they are residing in another country. The 797 says consulate will contact. However parents address change (Still another country but different address). What form need to be filled for this address change? Thanks
 
I am not sure of this one, you may want to contact the NCSC on 1800-375-5283 and tell them about the change of address.

Since they are in a different country its a better idea if you contact that number and talk to them immediately.
