Address change for SSN

1. I have applied for my wife's SSN 3 months back in a local office using EAD and till now I have not received it yet. I guess usually it takes between 3 to 4 weeks. Any suggestions on why it is taking so long?

2. I have moved recently too and how should I let them know the change of the address?

Once you get the card, you don't need to bother them ever. They will get updates when you file tax return.

As for the card, you can tell post office to forward mail or go to that local office and ask them what to do.
