Hi,
I recently moved from MA to CA. My 485 is pending at TSC > 180 days, EAD, AP, FP done. My lawyer suggests that I do not change my address. As she said that once it\'s approved, they will get a copy so even if I do not get the forwarded courtesy copy from the post office, I can still have a copy from them for PP stamp.
My question is that will it cause problem when go for PP stamp? As the officer may want to see pay stub, etc and find out that my address was changed long ago and may ask why I did not file address change with INS, etc. According to the law, we are supposed to file address change within 10 days of move.
