address change/after second fingerprint

1 st fingerprint 2/2003
2 nd fingerprint 8/06/2004
LUD 8/13 - result of fingerprint received and prosecing resumed.
LUD 8/16 - same as above message.
I received an mail to submit an ar11 form since i changed my address.
I called 3 week's ago to inform the change of address through 800 no.
Please let me know, By submiting an AR11 form could result in further delay
of procesing my application.
What if i didnot submit an AR11.Will it backfire.
I had changed employee,haven't used AC21 yet.So
by submiting AR11 i have to inform about current employee,Will
it trigger an RFE.
Lot of people after 2nd fingerprint get their aprovel
with in week's.So iam really worried.
What should i do .
please reply.

file AR11 it is a state dept. requirement not INS, i don't know what is your problem in filing AR11, but would like to suggest that you go ahead and file AR11.
