address change after packet 3 is sent

I have a question for you all . Our address will change sometime after april.
If our papers are in consulate and waiting for PD to become current, Do we need to notify consulate or NVC ?

I believe it would be the consulate as when your case gets forwarded the message says that NVC has completed the processing of this case and that you should contact the consulate for further questions. I am also going to have to change my address. Refer to my question and alren's response(posts 171 and 172) http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=145442&page=12&pp=15

Thanks for a quick reply.
So, There are 2 things :
1. Call consulate and ask them to send Packet 4 at new address.
2. Need to modify DS-230 part I and take it with us at the time of interview.
