Address change after approval for plastic. need suggestions!

Guru's please advice.
We got the approval letter last week and the pp stamping was done y'day.
Have to move apartments this week in the same complex because lease ended and have upgraded the apartment size (there can be no change for this decision because it was done two months ago and the present apartment has already been leased out by the landlord starting week after next.)
Street address and everything else is same except for the unit number. Is that OK?
Also will be giving change of address notification to the post office.
Do we still have to notify VSC before the plastic cards are ordered? Any suggestions?

Check with Post office Daily

Hi I heard that post office will not forward mail from one mail box to another and it will send those Plastic cards back to INS. Still there is nothing wrong if you directly call IIO in VSC and explain the situation and they will make sure that cards arrive at the right address. Other than that Post office personnel will make sure to return the mail back to INS if the mail box doesn't have name of the applicant.
As long as movement is happening within the state there should not be a problem and do this ASAP.
