Address Change & 325A Yellow Page?

I reactly wrote that i had lost my yellow paper for RFE request for medical examination and i just found out that my lawyer has a second original copy so i asked for it and i should be getting it in a couple of days. Now my question is that when i lawyer mailed the 325A medical examination he also sent a change of address but i already had submited another address change form to years ago with the same address that he curretly sent to the is this going to affect or delay my case in any way? I would also like to find out how long does it take for a certified mail to get to uscis from New York to Nebraska?

You can now call the customer service 800# and be transfered to the an Immigration Officer in the Nebraska Service Center. This Officer will be able to verify the address change (if it has taken affect). I would suggest you do that to easy your mind.

Select the option that says you got a notice for RFE from a service center and are unsure of what to send. This will prompt you to enter your LIN# and then transfer you to the NSC.

You should also sign up for online portfolio updates (via e-mail). Good thing about this is that you will know when your material has arrived and you can also check when CIS last 'touched' or updated your records.
