Additional TN / Change of Employer

Hi All,
I am Canadian working for Company A in US on TN visa expiring Sep, 2007. I got an offer from Company B and would like to switch to Company B.
My questions, 1) What are my chances of getting additional TN / Change of Employment at POE?
2) If I got denial for 2nd TN, will they take away my 1st TN?
3) Any suggestion/experience on handling this scenario.
Any feedback is highly appreciated as I am thinking to visit POE in 2-3 days.

1. chances are very high for approval if all documents are correct.
2. your 1st TN is not taken away. it only becomes in valid when it expires or you cease to be working at the sponsoring company.
