Additional Evidence W/O RFE

All members and Gurus:

Has anyone submitted any extra evidence without getting any RFEson 140? My lawyer did not submit any pay stubs or W-2s. After reading the memo about an employer's ability to pay, I was thinking of doing that. He did send this year's tax returns.

I had submitted my applications concurrently at the end of March and there has been no movment in my case yet.

Just thinking of taking precautions. All comments are appreciated.
 
Submitting Pay slip or W2 of the employee is not mandatory. Even in my case i did not submit pay slip or W2. Some attorneys does not do it. Approved without RFE Go according attorney. Most of the time they know what they are doing.

No. But I know a recent case, which was approved last for which we did not submit pay slips and W2 of Employee. It is at Vermont service center. Case RD was some where in August 2003.
