Additional evidence required for I-765 Application(EAD)

Hello,

I had filed my EAD on 03/02/2006. Yesterday I received a mail saying that additional evidence is required for this case and notice has been sent for the same. .....I called up the customer service center to ask what is the additional evidence required..she replied that they dont have this information and can be known only through the notice which is mailed to me.

Can someone help me what could be additional evidence?

It should be easy. Just relax. What is your service center?
 
my spouse got one for photos (too similar to photos on earlier EAD). 3 weeks since the response was received by USCIS, no update on the case. NSC case.
