I applied for adjustment of status in June 1998; my fingerprints were taken in March of 2003. When I recently checked my status online it said that a notice was sent requesting additional evidence or information. 14 days have passed and I have not received it. Has anyone out there had the same problem.
Also, if what they are requesting is indeed the "original" I-94, I don't have it (I lost it along with my original passport). If anyone otherthere has the same problem, could you please let me know how you are handling it. Many thanks.
Also, my husband filed for adjustment of status in 1997, had his interview in October of 1997 and hasn't heard from INS since (every time he went to his local office they would tell him "all is ok; just wait." Anyone out there who has been waiting this long??
