Adding wife to I-485

Hi Guys,

I got married recently and would like to add my wife to the process. I filed my I-140 and I-485 concurrently in Nov under EB3 before retrogression started. With retrogression in affect, I am wondering if I have to wait till the visa number becomes current to add my spouse or can I add her right away as mine is already in process? Thanks.

You wouldnt be able to file for her until your date becomes current. Till that date,you will have to maintain your H1/L1 status.
