Hi, I'm a Resistered Nurse, was sponsored by an American hospital, and I filed I-485 last September ,2002 including my two children. However my husband stays abroad now and i would like to add my husband for filing of I-485.
Here are the few questions that i would like to ask you
With the sponsorship that I got from the American hospital, can I use CP (Consular Processing) for my husabnd even though he lives in another country?
Otherwise what would be the best way to add my husband for I-485?
