adding spouse to approved PR application

Hi,
I had applied for PR in 05 under skilled worker category. I completed medical and police clearance in July 06 and then sent the passport to LA consulate. I have received the passport with the visa stamped to enter Canada.
I am getting married in next month. I am thinking to enter canada with my wife. How can I add her name in my application so that we both can get the PR at the same time? Is it possible. If not, what should I do ?

--Dude, LAND BEFORE YOU GET MARRIED...This is very important. If you land after getting married, (as per the immigration law) your landing papers become invalid since the information you submitted before becoming the PR has changed...You will have to inform the authorities and it's a mess.

You can then sponsor your wife for the PR (which is relatively easy). This is possible if you live in Canada though.
