Adding Spouse before or after I 140?

I just filed for I 140 and still waiting for a receipt, when is the right time to add my Spouse after getting my receipt number or have to wait till the I 140 clears.

You add your spouse when you apply for your I-485. Or, yu can apply your I-485 and later on add your spouse (but, this shud be done before the I-485 approval).
