My friend is having this problem...
He had applied for his 485 and his fiance is currently studying in USA . He had applied for his 485 stage in august 2001 and wants to add his fiance now. Is it possible?
What are the steps in it ?
How to go about it?
Will that also delay the process of his green card?
What all doc do they need for this.
Could someone help in this.. It would be really helpful
